Use of the winbid platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

All transactions on the winbid platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). winbid supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. winbid does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which winbid accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. winbid does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
- A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

- winbid reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is an ongoing investigation into the account, including but not limited to suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.
Deposits made to winbid are not held in trust. winbid maintains player fund accounts separately from operational accounts and implements internal controls designed to protect player balances, though no guarantee of fund availability can be made in the event of insolvency.
winbid offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of the promotion.
General bonus conditions applicable to all winbid promotions include:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts.

All bets placed and games played on the winbid platform are subject to the specific rules published for each product within the platform interface. In the event of any ambiguity, winbid's decision regarding the application of rules shall be final and binding.
For sports betting, the following general principles apply:
- Bets are not accepted from players who have or may have insider knowledge of the outcome of an event. Placing bets with such knowledge constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbid platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Providing false identity information, using a stolen payment method, or impersonating another person.
